Casinha da Maya was transformed within two and a half years from a ruin into a small oasis with great care and attention to detail using traditional natural materials. It shines in new splendor since its completion in autumn 2018.
Situated in the centre of the tiny idyllic village of Vilarinha, Casinha da Maya consists of two units with a total living space of 80 m²: A living-room with kitchen and bathroom and a bedroom (double bed 160 x 190). The two parts are connected by a sheltered yard. So in case you need to use the bathroom at night you have to cross the patio. But it´s just a few steps and the beautiful starry sky makes up for it. The house is an ideal spot for two people and especially suited for nature lovers who are looking for quietness, seclusion, character and simplicity.

TV and other gadgets are deliberately avoided in this property in favor of a quiet atmosphere.
